May 6th Storms

May 6th has been a very busy day for south central Nebraska and north central Kansas. The national weather service started the weather events around 1PM CST with a tornado watch. In the following hours there were numerious tornado warnings all over the KCGW listening area. Edgar took a hit from a strong area of rotation a few minutes after spotters sounded the sirens. That cell later moved off the the east dropping a small short lived tornado around Shickley. As always stay tuned to KCGW for local weather!
